CA Kapil Laddha

With more than 15 years of work experience, Kapil Laddha is a Chartered Accountant who has utilized his skills and expertise by working at senior positions in Steel, Textile and various other Manufacturing industries. He has also worked with IndusInd Bank for two years in assets and liabilities segments as a Branch Manager.

He specialises in Mergers & Acquisitions, Debt Syndication and Advisory services. He is based in Mumbai, India - but he would take any opportunity to spread his services across India!

Director at "Acumen Business Consultancy Private Limited" (ABCPL), Kapil is also the promoter of renewal energy company- Sovox Renewable Pvt Ltd.

Also, he is the promoter and director of Anand Housing Finance Private Limited.

Mr Shashidhar Rao

With more than 40 years of work experience, Mr Shashidhar Rao is a retired General Manager from a reputed Nationalised Bank, who has a thorough exposure into various areas of banking like Credit, Forex, HR, Audit, Inspection etc.

He also has vast exposure in handling big corporate accounts and also addressing issues involved in high value NPA’s.

He is currently based out of Mumbai and is providing advisory services to the corporates.

Mr DC Jain (ADVISORY BOARD)

With an experience of around 40 years, Mr DC Jain has retired as Managing Director & CEO of IDBI Capital Market Services Ltd.

He is currently a consultant and advisor with IIFL Wealth Management Ltd, and is based out of Mumbai.
